"We had a chef, and he was amazing," she said, adding that instead of beef wellington, he would make her beet wellington. "He always, always, always had an alternative for me. So it was the best food ever," she said. She added that going vegan six years ago changed her life and body "for the better times a thousand."

Francesca allows herself to cheat on occasion. "Of course, I have a sweet tooth so I eat dessert a few times a week," she told Women's Health. One of her favorites? Oreos.

When it comes to exercise, Francesca puts in time at the gym. "I try to work out three to four times a week," she told Women's Health. "I don't do heavy lifting. I should, because I want a nice, juicy booty," she said. "But right now I just kind of do overall full body and then I think it's mainly diet for me that keeps me lean."

Francesca loves drinking coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

"I don't stress about what I eat and I kind of like to have a full range of fruits and vegetables, a full range of carbs and fats —  and I just keep it stagnant. It just works!" she told Life & Style about her approach to eating. "Honestly, I think it's just me being vegan. I think that's 90 percent of what it is."
